After Giant, I made my way over to CVS. I entered the store armed with coupons, extracare bucks (ECB) and my savings card. Internet forums buzz with stories of legendary CVS savings but I had yet to snag one worthy of sharing with the world. Like many coupon newbies, I've fallen victim to the fine print on more than one occasion. This was all about to change :)

Yup - take out the ECBs and you have a total of $2.67!! It's ridiculous how happy I was when I got home. I had to text Tim before leaving the parking lot and when he got home he found my treasures neatly displayed on the kitchen counter. I know I'm a dork but at least I'm saving money.
